RAA Limitedis incorporated as a Private Company Limited by Shares under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with its registered office at Cubicle C07, Level 11, Al Sarab Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

RAA Limited is licensed to provide Accounting and Bookkeeping and Auditing of Accounts.

AML/CFT/CPF & Sanctions Compliance Obligations

RAA complies, as applicable, with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 Regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing, Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025 regarding its Executive Regulations, applicable UAE targeted financial sanctions requirements, and the ADGM AML Rulebook where applicable to RAA Limited and/or relevant ADGM activities.

RAA recognizes that bribery and corruption is a growing concern for corporate and public life globally. RAA prohibits bribery, facilitation payments, improper gifts, kickbacks and any conduct intended to improperly influence a public official, client, supplier or other third party. Acts of bribery and corruption are strictly prohibited by law. RAA has adopted adequate procedures to prevent corruption, and our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy outlines the measures RAA takes to prevent bribery and corruption, and the procedures to follow if any such incident occurs.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Our standard terms and conditions apply when any client enters into an engagement with RAA and may be reviewed upon request. In the event of any inconsistency between website terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter shall prevail for the relevant service

Any complaint regarding RAA’s services may be submitted to ask@raa-auditing.com. RAA will review complaints in accordance with its internal complaints handling procedure and applicable legal or regulatory requirements
