Shahzad has over 16 years of experience in Audit, Assurance and Financial management and at RAA he focusses on external audit engagements with other adhoc consultative assignments including but not limited to financial planning, controls assessment, internal audits and system implementation. He advises clients on key value areas and conducting gap analysis for effective resource planning. He has a strong technical knowledge of IFRS and IAS as well as the regulations and reporting requirements of different jurisdictions across UAE. He has previously worked in the top 10 ranked audit practices and consultancy firms including Crowe Horwath and Nexia International and exposed to number of industries including textile, sugar, power & energy, banking and education. Shahzad has a Bachelor degree in commerce, PIPFA and CPA.
